Heavy Welded Steel Structures

Category:Structural PartsUpdated:2026-09-03

Custom heavy welded steel structures: machine frames, bases, platforms and guardrails. Profile cutting plus robotic welding, shot blasting and overall coating. Experienced in loading and shipping oversized weldments, tolerances per drawing.

Heavy Welded Steel Structures

We build welded structures for equipment manufacturers and engineering projects: machine frames, bases, platforms, frames and guardrails. Laser-cut profiles are joined by robotic welding, which keeps distortion low and seam quality consistent on large weldments. Loading and shipping oversized assemblies is routine for us.

Process

  • Laser cutting of profiles and plates
  • Machining: drilling, tapping and face milling
  • Bending and sub-assembly of components
  • Robotic welding with distortion and seam control
  • Seam grinding, shot blasting and overall coating
  • Final assembly, inspection, crane loading and shipping

Typical Products

  • Machine frames, bases and load platforms
  • Large welded enclosure and hood assemblies
  • Operating platforms, walkways and ladders
  • Guardrails, fences and safety parts
  • Conveyor and production-line structures

Quality Control and Delivery

Weld appearance and key dimensions are fully inspected, with extra checks on critical structures per drawing. Oversized parts are loaded by overhead crane and fixed on wooden frames; export packing is standard practice, and size or weight limits per unit are evaluated against shipping conditions.

FAQ

Q: Can you ship oversized weldments or export them?

A: Yes. Loading large assemblies is routine work here, and export parts are fixed on wooden frames and reinforced inside the container.

Q: What if my drawing includes machined parts?

A: Drilling, tapping and milling are done in house. Complex machined parts can be outsourced, with unified inspection before delivery.

Q: Do I need a complete design?

A: Building to your drawing is our standard mode. Send the drawing and we will quote.

Send your drawing via the inquiry form and we will reply within one business day.
